PLANNING FOR COLLEGE DIRECT MAIL
The Planning for College box mailer includes a branded stress ball, lanyard, and mascot-shaped sticker. The inside of the box also contains a QR code which directs high school students to an informational landing page, sem.st/plan. This project was the start in our initiatives of targeted marketing efforts earlier in the decision-making timeline for high school students considering college. The “Planning for College” promo box mailer was sent to over 5K high school sophomores, providing brand awareness but also a reliable informational source to guide them in preparing for college through each year of high school.

GO STATE. GO FAR. DIRECT MAIL
The target audience for this mailer was high school seniors unsure on whether to take a gap year or apply to a college/university. The goal was to capture their attention through curated messaging and design, and provide a sense of institutional pride and enthusiasm for education — encourage them to “Go State. Go Far.” at Seminole State College of Florida. Over 5K mailers where produced and included a letter, flyer, student viewbook, vinyl sticker, and custom envelope.

Seminole State College’s primary community recruitment piece is their student viewbook, highlighting a wide selection of academic programs, athletics, campus life, and student resources. I designed the student viewbook while working in collaboration with editors and photographers. The piece is offered digitally as well as in print.
